CDT is a non-profit organization focused on democratic development, civic engagement, and open data initiatives in Montenegro. What began as general IT support evolved into digital strategy, design, development, and organizational infrastructure — full-time for three years, then remote consultant.

The brief

Digital infrastructure for civic impact.

Since I've worked full-time in this NGO from 2014-2017, after I left, it feels like we just started a new chapter, which has lasted to this day. I led and maintained IT infrastructure and office systems on-site and remotely, designed and developed websites, infographics, and animations, and worked across UX/UI — prototyping, wireframing, and user analysis.

Development spanned custom WordPress, PHP, and JavaScript platforms for open data, transparency, and civic tools. To various sorts of internal sites or handy tools, organization website through 4 lifecycles, project websites. Wrote internal IT policies including IT Security, managed Office 365 and server environments, and represented CDT at conferences abroad.
